Our quality management control systems are managed by our NATA registered laboratory. Our systems exceed that required by ISO 9001. While AS 17025 is similar to that of ISO 9001, to be a NATA registered company you have extra controls placed on you to ensure that our clients experience less risk.
Such controls include and are not limited to Workplace health and safety management systems, innovation and improvement, client and staff relationship programs including surveys, insurances and of course risk management and degree of uncertainties for testing.
All programs and systems have to be routinely inspected and audited.
